I am actually a happy user of MagicJack there is just one thing that is a problem. If they upgrade the software on it you will lose all of your contact info. This already happened once. You can save your contacts to a file but you will still have to manually re-enter them one at a time if this happens. I just lost all my contacts in my cell phone. It can happen. It is a pain in the butt. So I am writing this to get them off of their butt and have a written procedure of how you can save the addressbook file in their drive. I just spent an hour today on the chat line with them and did not get one. I have asked this question before and got some answers but it ultimately did not work. The file I save has only a few of the original names I have entered in.
