I have had contracts with MCI Wireless or Worldcom Wireless going almost over 2 years. A Skytel Pager and a Cell Phone. MCI does not have voice network on wireless so it resells Cingular stripped of features you would find with a Cingular plan. Now to the issues:
1. They failed to consolidate my billing between the pager and the phone after I had ordered so several times.
2. Billing cycles were often incorrect and by their own admission they wrote me a letter promissing to fix it. Yet they continue to incurr into the same mistakes.
3. Try to contact customer service and you will be on hold to at least a half hour.
4. They charged me the pager which was not supposed to be. I had worked shortly for MCI and that pager was assigned to me, where I would be responsible only for the service fees. This after nearly a year past.
5. My first contract was for an year. All of the sudden, I was forced to renew it to 2 years if I wanted to replace the old bulky phone for a NOkia 5160. Which is probably worth no more than $50 (it's a stripper). I had to fight to get the earphone and charger, which are standard in any new phone sales.
