I requested a battery to get a Sony wireless telephone. I received verification the order was delivered but I never received the purchase. There is no following number to monitor the cargo. I approached Factory Outlet Shops via mail and did not get a reaction. I approached them utilizing their toll-free quantity and was placed on store. After 15 to 20 units I described my issue to an owner; she advised to put on to get a boss. I had been placed on store again for another prolonged time before a boss spoke tome. The boss assured me that the replacement battery could be delivered that same-day. I expected to get a mail to verify the delivery and was guaranteed that I'd obtain a contact that same-day. I've not obtained my battery or a contact that established the battery was delivered. Factory Outlet Stores customer support doesn't motivate me to-order from their website again.
