We took our vehicle into H2Pros to get dvds, tvs, leather seats, new carpet and to get our mood interior lights fixed. He kept the car 2 1/2 weeks and his reasoning for that was so that he could properly wire the vehicle to keep fuses from blowing... Well a month a week after we got the vehicle back my dash lights and tail lights went out. We took it back and they found a fuse that had gone bad, he replaced it and i left, the same night it went back out. I took it back a few days later and he said the circuit board burned out on the tail light. He replaced that and we paid 85.00 to get that repaired by them. We left the shop and the same night the lights went out again... By this time the car would not crank either unless we hit the reset button on the alarm... We took it back and he said it was the alarm making the lights go out... He wanted us to purchase an alarm from him... We didnt.
I took it to the alarm place and they said that my alarm was not messed up... I took it to an electrician and they found the problem. He incorrectly wired somethings and the lights have been working every since. After we didnt purchase an alarm and him and my husband went back and forth, he decided he would not work on our vehicle because the problem was not related to anything he had done.
We also had problems with the new carpet knotting up. We took it to the carpet store for vehicles and they adivised us that he had put speaker carpet in our vehicle for auto carpet. He declined to tell us what type of carpet he put in our car. We hired an attorney today and we are going to court.
