Went in to there store bought an alarm had them install it. I have had nothing but problems, my alarm goes off while driving, my lights turn on inside while driving and at first untill they fixed i could not even make the alarm go off. The installer saw the alarm go off while i was pulling out of there parking lot and he said it was a one time thing. Every ten to fifteen min my alarm sets itself and starts going off while im driving and my alarm trys to remote start while im driving. Ive gone back in twice and they have not changed anything except for the alarm not working at all at first. Now it works but with alot of problems. I have to pull over while driving shut off my truck and disarm before driving again. And you do not find out they they dont give refunds untill after you pay. I do not trust them to touch my truck at all i found their instructions on how to install the alarm under my seat also. Go buy your alarm off amazon for half the price or less and take it to best buy and have them install it. And they rairly reply to emails and not only store workers are rude but corp employees are rude!
