First the delivered only the Washer. Then were supposed to deliver the Dryer and the base for the Washer, which they forgot the first time. Took the washer out on my deck flipped it completley over installed the pedestal, scratched the entire top of the Dryer... And. When they re installed the washer. It no longer worked.
After much back and forth, they could only replace it with a floor model which I was tld was in perfect condition, and i was to recieve $150 credit. The floor model was scratched when delivered, and i am still waiting for my credit... So Long to a 20 Year custome
