So i have sprint, and when i renewed my contract i paid $150 to sign up with the HTC Evo 4G. A couple months later my phone gets stolen at school. I report it and tried to track it down but we wasn't able to because the phone was off the whole time. Me being a high school student at the time i didnt have a job nor my mom had the money for me to get a new phone. My aunt handed me down a blackberry that i used for a couple months. After i did get a job i did have the money to get my evo replacement phone. I call the insurance they tell me that they wont do it because *60 days have passed is their policy* so this whole time i been pretty much giving them money. I wasnt notified that i only had 60 days to order my replacement or else they wont do it. The lady on the phone tells me that she sees on the computer that i was told i only had 60 days. So basically they go by what ever the hell that computer says what if i wasnt told that i had 60 days. At the end of the day the lady ask me if i wanna pay $100 to get my blackberry replacement (because my blackberry got messed up) the stupid f*ing blackbbery is a blackberry curve 8310 in red. If thats the case then i might as well not have insurance because that phone is worth like $40 on ebay brand new
