Ought 3/ 2 broke down last winter had 2 yr's

I purchased 3 edanpure design 1000 - xl final winter 2 broke down and that i cannot find anyone who works in it. The edenpure that bob apartment offers is same and it is under warrenty for 3 yris. And also the endenpure i bought from the study company in ohio is just advantageous to 1 year!!! Why they're the same itemis unhappy settled over $347.00 each for them do not wish to throw them away need set!
