In June I upgraded my cell phone. I came across SwapnGreen and decided to sell them my Droid 2. Their website made promises and "Guaranteed" payment. I requested a quote and they quickly quoted me $166 for the phone and accessories. They called me the following day to check the information I provided online and promised a prepaid envelope to be in the mail within the next week. So far so good, what could go wrong? The envelope arrived a week later and I sent my phone back. That was the last I have ever heard from SwapnGreen.
The website promises a check within 14 days or a phone call describing any dispute. I received neither. It has now been 3 months later and SwapnGreen and owner Craig Bezares refuse to even respond to a single email. There is no phone number to call. I don't know what to do.
If you mail your phone to this company, you are just throwing your money away. I am trying to track them down in Arizona and will be sending them small claims paperwork to their physical address. This company is a joke.
