I was promise my &150 rebate 2 months ago from sprint because i was the primary user and when i called last month they said something differnt and they said someone changed the primary which was never done so i had to switch the primary number back to my number and they said you would get it on 08/01. So i went to sprint yesterday and it shows it was never changed so i called them up and they said you were given wrong infomation.
I spoke to sprint via chat on their site or on the phone about 6 times. They have no idea what they are doing. And i've been with sprint for a long time and been a very loyal customer who has never been late on my bill. You would think they would treat loyal customers better but i guess they don't care.
Sprint treats customers like crap and and their nobody know what they are doing over there. I told them I was going to leave sprint and take the other 4 accounts with me and they said go ahead.
Sprint might have great plans but the people who work for them are morons and scum
