I am also experiencing similiar difficulty with this company. I ordered an item and paid the total amount due on 18 October which cleared my bank on 24 Oct. I was promised that my item would be shipped within two days. I gave them 2 weeks before I contacted them again. This time I was told the item was not in the warehouse and I should not have been told the item was shipped. I immediately asked for a refund and to cancel the order. I was informed I had to request this in writing. I then gave them one week to refund my money, receive the item or go to court.
