I purchased a 2.4GHZ DSS/CID Bundle (expandable phone) from Radioshack on 3/1. I started having problems with the phone after the 2nd week. I was about to return it and it start working fine again. The problem reoccured on 3/21 and I called a radioshack store to find out what the process was to return the defective item.
I was told I could only return it if I had the packaging. I said I did not have the packaging as I did not expect the product to be defective. They were not very helpful. I am now stuck with phones that do not work and out of pocket of $54.30. Why do companies ripoff their customers this way. I will never buy from Radishack again and plan to badmouth them to all my friends and family. They are the worst kind of company to do business with.
