Have been instrumental in the purchase of three Edenpure Speedclean UV Sweepers. All three have failed, and two are inoperative at this time with no way to repair.
Mine was totally replaced at one time for the handle breaking in two. Now the handle is broken at the bottom where it inserts into the vacuum head.
Several complaints to the company were met with a return letter indicating they could only warrant a product for as long as the manufacturer warranted it to them. So, sorry for your loss of use but we can't help you.
Their water softener plug in unit was the same story. When plugged in it disrupted all the AM radio reception in the house. They indicated that you would need about 90 days to see results in your pipes being cleared of minerals.
After 90 days, I called and told them it didn't work, and they told me they could not warrant the unit after 30 days, but would replace it due to the radio reception problem. Now I have a unit that doesn't work and still interferes with the radio.
