I have been trying to collect rebates owed me from two phone purchases since May.
Should have recieved 50.00 each but as of yet nothing. I recieved a letter stating that the phone I have been using was not in their system, so I called them on that phone. After contacting the Call Center I was told they would send the rebate checks, that was in June. No checks. So I called again the end of July and was told my phones were not eligable because of a late payment... Oh come on, if you are going to scam people come up with a better excuse than that. I asked to speak to a supervisor and after 15min on hold gave up. You can keep your $100. You have lost a customer for life and remember T-Mobile, a unhappy customer says more about your company than 100 happy ones. "T-Mobile? Let me tell you about T-Mobile."
