After purchasing 3 cell phones from Wireless Champs and returning all 3 of them, and not having received my refund since October, enough is enough!!! I decided to let that go until today! There was a conference call with T-mobile carrier and Wireless Champs stating that I had returned all 3 phones. After speaking with T-mobile rep. Crystal today, both T-mobile and Wireless Champs are in it together. Crystal, of course wouldn't play back recording and listen to what was actually said and decided to take sides. As a long time customer, I feel betrayed and disappointed in T-mobile. I didn't call them to complain about not receiving my refund because they had told me that there was nothing that they could do since Wireless Champs was not an authorized dealer. I brought this up today because when my husband tried to upgrade his phone they said that he couldn't because he had already upgraded and that only 2 of the phones were returned. Without Crystal even asking the person that I spoke to who wrote up the report and the conference call between the 3 of us in October, she decided to assume that I was the one lying. She didn't say it in those exact words but I could tell it in the tone of her voice. As for Rose Andrade who became manager now, she can rot in hell! She was the one who sold me the phones and was there when I returned all 3 of them. She claims that they sent me a refund check under my name. When I asked her to what address she couldn't tell me. Now why would a refund check be sent to me when the account was under my husband's name? Then she claims that no refund check was sent because they charged me for restocking fee. I returned the phones within a week and it was a 30 day trial. What restocking fee? Then she claims that I returned it without a box. You're gonna tell me restocking fee cost more than $245.60? On T-mobile's behalf worst customer service ever!!
