I was at the mall with my sister on March 3rd and we were sucked into looking at new phones. Our phones were already newer but we looked anyways. We found some that we wanted to check out, he said since my prior tmobile contract was up, i could get new phones and get a really good deal on them. Long story short on that part, picked out 3 new phones totaling $478, left the store without signing any contract. Returned the phones NEXT DAY. He tried telling us we had to pay $286 in restocking fees. But if we kept the new lines that were activated, he wouldnt charge us restocking fees and we wouldnt be under contract. Almost a month later, still no refund, still under contract, and highly agitated.
