GE "service" can't fix it - no service, but charged

I've a GE Account aspect-by-side Arctica PSS27SGNABS fridge/fridge. For some months the fridge appeared to maintain things too chilly and also the fridge would not remain at 0 Y (maintained toward 6 Y).
