Watch out for the corporation - I named them to put an order to get a cordless telephone - I'd a discussion using the salesperson, and informed him I needed a fresh top quality telephone - he suggested an AT&T-EL52109 telephone for $39.99.
After I received the telephone, it had been in an ordinary cardboard container - completely vacant of any brand, etc. It appeared as though the phone was simply tossed inside. After I named to ask about this, the "Supervisor" explained that it had been a restored telephone - NOT completely new. After I informed her about my discussion using the salesperson who offered me the telephone, she mentioned it had been 'between me & the revenue person” which there is nothing she might do about this - she'd not purchase my delivery this product back. Plus, there have been no apologies
She still hasn't supplied me with whether revenue bill or any information on just how to deliver this back again to them-so I really could obtain a return.
The phone they offered me stores for $39.99 NEW - plus they had the nerve of delivering me a restored one, comprehending that I particularly requested to get a completely new telephone, and along with it, they charged me top-dollar. SUBSEQUENTLY, they'd not supply me with any information on just how to deliver the merchandise back again to them to get a refuend, with an attitude at that!
Very Poor business = beware! It's my objective today to place them out-of company...
