Stay away from these guys!!! (www.batterycentury.com)
They set me the wrong part. The part was falsely represented on their web site. I paid $25 extra for expedited shipping (3-5 days) and it took over 2 weeks to arrive. I got an RMA to return the misrepresented part and months later, after contacting them repeatedly, they advice me that I will be charged $12 for shipping AND a restocking fee. How can they do this? I already paid for shipping both ways AND they sent a different part than I ordered.
I have been waiting for the refund for over 8 months now and still have not received one. The only reply emails I receive either state that they will charge me by sending only a partial refund or that they will send me the refund 'asap'... The last 'asap' reply from 'batterycentury' was over 2 months ago.
