ASAP sent a different transmission than what I ordered. They requested it be shipped back to them. It was shipped back and they refunded the purchase price but NOT the shipping.
They are unable to supply the part I ordered but refuse to refund the shipping. Their website (asapmotors.com) clearly states that when the error is theirs they refund shipping.
My simple question that they cannot answer is: "If they shipped the wrong part why are they refusing to refund the shipping?" Dina at ASAP Motors says that company policy is to never refund shipping.
If their website says they do then why don't they? I have some thoughts about that.
