I ordered a part for a broken cloths washer, through genuineapplianceparts.com. I paid for UPS shipping, but received instead USPS Priority Shipping. Though the part arrived quickly, I wrote asking for a partial refund on my shipping charge.
Turns out, genuineapplianceparts.com had shipped it Priority because they happened to know USPS delivers faster to my location from theirs, than UPS did. Despite this, they refunded the entire shipping fee!
That's some outstanding customer service there. They not only were looking out for my interests during the shipping, but they even refunded based on even a perception that they could have maybe done something wrong. Great job guys, I'd shop with you again!
Oh, and the part arrived exactly as expected.
