I am writing to let you know that I am dissatisfied with your service for the following reasons:
Unrealistic claims about your coverage-your maps should better match your service.
. Too much waiting time before I get to talk to a customer service personnel.
. Rude replies from the representatives.
. Charging me for roaming in places where I get ATT&T service. (Shown in the coverage map).
I'm happy to listen if you would like to discuss any of these issues with me.
