My husband and myself visited sears on 5/26 and purchased a kenmore washer, was delivered on 6/11. That night we started to utilize it also it didn't function. So we named sears that night and we were told that it was possibly the control screen. We went back to sears 24 hours later but again bought another device (maytag) it had been delivered on 6/11.
We again went to use it that night & you know what? It did not work both. (was the control panel again. Therefore back to the store again to buy another device. It's to be delivered this saturday 6/18. We're very frustated using what has been sent to us. It appears to us when a has been delivered it will function, (not think so???)
