Well, its been well over 8 WEEKS and that I have not noticed one refund come my approach. I invested over $180.00 to get a City Huawei Android. Don't misunderstand me, its an extremely good telephone, and does what its designed to do; Whistles, hits and Vibrates. ;) But, this really is where the Company Methods of the big company get selfish. They begin to make the most of people and suppose we're not educated in Rebates & Campaigns. Unhappy, sad, sad.
