I placed an international order (To Brazil) through internet.
My order was processed on 01 February and I had payed through paypal on same day, According the email was shipped on 04 February, but as today 08 June, I haven't received it yet.
I'm sending emails since March, and always same answer:
We are currently having our claims department try and start a claim with USPS. We will contact you with more information.
The last answer was on 24 April.
I spent USD 124,50 and feel very upset with the treatment of estarland, for sure I'll NEVER deal with them again, and I really won't encourage anybody to buy from estarland...
I was searching on usacomplaints.com and a guy had same issue, and seems that was only solved when he called, so I was wondering maybe I should call and spend more money on international calls just to try to solve an issue that is clear estarland responsability.
