Earlier this year 2011 the owner of e-seller.inc, who claims to be a reseller and a proported apple repairman, bought a $200 laptop from my business.in this instance esellerinc was a customer who bought my item and attempted to extort for a discount. Within 6 minutes after receiving the delivery from Fedex, esellerinc contacted me with complaints about the laptop.in recorded voicemail messages he claimed the laptop was damaged during shipment, the hard drive was bad etc.in less than 40 minutes after delivery, he filed claims against me.instead of cooperating with an insurance claim with Fedex to get a full refund, esellerinc continued to threaten and demand $35 in exchange for closing the claims he'd opened. His story about the problem with the laptop was inconsistent and uncromprehensible. Thankfully his claims were denied.
I know that he succeeded in defrauding another person out of a $900 laptop that he claimed was also defective.in order to win the claim, esellerinc returned an empty box. The seller filed a police report and police were able to recover the stolen property with matching serial number from the home. His e bay account was terminated upon receipt of the police report. This guy has opened several accounts or website (s) claiming to be a professional business, changing the name of this business back and forth from e-seller.inc, appleliquidrepair, Mac Repair, Sites Market Inc and so on.in at least one instance, esellerinc claims that his account (s) were shut down by accident.
I'd hate to see this business take advantage of anyone else.
