I went to Home Depot to purchase a new refrigerator and stove. The sign said the fridge was on sale for $1198, and different sizes were available. I went to place my order, and the salesman told me that only the 35" was on sale for $1198. The one I wanted was a 33", and I had to pay $1798 for it. There was no help from the store, which said the price was the price.
I spoke to a lady named Cynitha at the customer care center in Atlanta. She called the store and got nowhere. The sign was misleading! A 35" fridge for $1198 and the same model in a smaller 33" size for $1798, what is wrong with this picture?
I will never do business with Home Depot again, and I will warn everyone to question everything about the store and not to take anything at face value.
