Poor software

I bought some X10.com cameras and application to operate the cameras. I named and emailed tech-support again and again but still do not have the program operating and X10.com will not provide me my money-back since I Have been looking to get it to work with over 30 times

Both biggest issues X10.com was never ready to solve:

Vanguard application: is just a storage hog and provides my Computer to it legs. To obtain the cameras to work I'd to operate it on a single Computer as Productive Home Expert. Today all of the macros which were employed in Lively Home Pro no further function due to Vanguard. Based on different customers about the X10.com community they will have never had the opportunity to obtain Vanguard to function.

MyHome application: I've a webserver working on port 80 and discovered after several hours looking to get MyHome to function that it should use port 80. X10.com provides no method to manage the program to make use of every other interface. Our recommendation - do not purchase MyHome if you should be managing a webserver on port 80.

So here I'm caught with cameras and application thatnot function and X10.com assistance wont use me or may the organization reimbursement my income. Buyer beware!!!
