Wrong advertising

I bought a software from Ascentive to create my Computer function quicker... Not too. It issues with my other application. Everytime it check my Computer I've to re install software from Dell. Our program is operating SIGNIFICANTLY, MUCH SLOWER than before. Cant enter contact together..."tackle unidentified" on site. Compensated nearly $50 for application... Download cost and back-up drive. I'm prepared to return drive so long as I get my complete cost back. Thanks for the support. James Paez
