They charged my credit card and said they were sending a brand new phone. The phone they sent was not new and the battery would not even charge to use. When they were contacted and ask if they would overnight a new battery they said no that was there policy everybody would want things over nighted but when told it was their mistake and that was only right thing to do they said tough and that was not there policy and I would just have to live with it and it would be 7 to 10 days for a new battery
When ask because it was their fault for sending a phone that was not working that it was only right to overnight a new one they said that was not there policy no matter what happens to the customer when I told them that was unexceptable they said tough that is the way it is and that is all that was going to be done about it and to live with it I then ask to speak to a supervisor they hung the phone up now I would say that is a rip-off you tell me.
