Do not buy HP products. Will not hohor warranties. Pd for ext warranty at HP email request on 3/8. Downloaded HP support package on 5/2. Mouse moved but could not click. Call HP tech support and they said warranty expired 11 days ago. I told them I purchased ext warranty and was looking at order number serial number etc. Oh we found it but it si wrong warranty. It is a notebook warranty not a laptop warranty. Ask them to credit amt pd toward correct warranty after all they sent it. Put on hold and after 3 hours holding and dealing with 4 different agents all i gaot was a refund of original purchase. Now buy new contract at 189 but does not incllude dey or hardware repair only online service help or mail it to us and we will try to fix it for $250 no guarantees. Heck I went oout and bought a new warranted laptop for $350 and began sending emails like i promised Hp i would. Sell your stock now HP is in real trouble for things like a 3 hour hold/read scripts and not honor service and warranties over 11 day argument and 100 dollar difference i was willing to pay for legitimate warranty. Email this to you rfriends as well. Unbelievable and my dr. Is in mgt. Retired age 66
