Worse tv service ever. Dvr always needs to be reset, then sent me wrong one to replace sent it back got ups tracking number they said never recieved it and billed me for it. This dvr goes out and needs to be reset aleast dozon times aweek, never works right erases your shows, dont record correcttly, then while i was out of town on business they decided to change my phone line to uverse phone, my phone went out and my alarm system could not be monitored with out the phone line, so my wife was here for 5 days with out phone or home security system workin, i had problem after problem with uverse bill is never correct, if your thinkin about tryin uverse dont do it unless you want a nightmare. I had it after 3 months i tryed it because they said i could save money bill never right always more then what they said, i goin back to satalite tv today. UVERSE TV is the worse ever, just one problem after another and they dont know what they our doin.
