I bought an Amana NAV5800AW washer having a warranty. Annually later it broke. Per month before I named Maytag guarantee. They explained my state could be switched to an area seller for fix which I'd notice from their store in a few times. No body named. I named them myself per week later. They explained they'd call-back with visit. They did not.
They finally sent someone out. He explained they'd to-order components. Another week passed. I called Maytag again. They explained the task has been completed with a 3rd party organization, and that I must be prepared to get a phone from their website. I'm waiting again. I have been with no washer for 2 weeks now. Given that I taken care of the warranty it is crazy.
