I ordered this camera on the phone at 4:30 P. M on 3-24. I called the very next day to cancell the
Order. (There phone hours stated they took phone calls starting at 9:30 AM. No answer until 10:00 AM
At which time I was told the camera had already shipped at 7:30 that morning. Next I recieved the 1st
Of 2 e-mails.in the 1st e-mail it said by special ordering this, it was a final sale purchase with no refund.
6 days later I recieved the 2nd e-mail stating that it had shipped. The following day it showed up UPS
(3-31-11) and my wife refused to sign for it.in their 2nd e-mail it went over the same thing again,
All sales final. I had called my C.C. Company when this 1st happened and they credited my account.
Refused packages were to lose S&H plus insurance and a restocking fee on 1st e-mail of 15%, 2nd e-
Mail 10%. I do not know how this is going to end but I read about you trying to put this type of
Business out of business by reporting it. So here I am. I hope you put them out of business. They never
Once said anything on the phone about this being a final purchase product and that I could not return or
Cancel. And then shipping the camera 6 days after they said it was already shipped. Tom
