Magic Jack offers No Service, No Contact, & No Refunds. I bought 1 & after using it, also added a 5 year plan for $69.95. I tried to cancel after 1 year & get a pro rated refund, but was refused. I haven't had the thing for over 6 months now & have no way to use their so called "service". They are pure scam artists & need to be stopped. Extremely Worthless! Bunch of Cheats!
