I purchased an extended warranty back in Jan. 2011 it was never activated although they charged my credit card for the product. After several calls regarding activation and being told "it would take 3-4 week for activation just keep checking back", it was never activated. Then my computer was damaged and needed to use the warranty to get it repaired, they would not honor the warranty with no explanation. Aug. 18th I requested a refund for the purchase price of a product I never received and they said they processed the refund of my money on Aug. 18th, but it never showed up in my account and toshiba kept passing the buck to my bank to research the refund, which they found was never issued. As of today Sept. 1st, I still do not have a refund in my account although I have spoken with management who also stated that the refund was issued. My bank finally called Toshiba to dispute the claims of a processed refund from them to my account, when all of a sudden Toshiba admitted that the funds were credited but to somewhere else, not to the account they originally verified the 4 previous times I called. Now awaiting a response once again from Toshbia for my refund. I'm calling Corporate cause this is unacceptable for a multi-billion dollar company or a small business, please follow suit and do the same # is provided. 949-583-3000
