During the last year 5 my loved ones has bought 4 telephones thru bestbuy, since that time we've had issues with three of all of them closing the exact same method.

The support team lets you know that repairs must consider 10 t0 15-day, whenever you contact to check on in 15 times they let you know that they're waiting on components, however they have as much as 30 day to correct or change the telephone. Whenever you call-back in 30 days they let you know the 30 days serving not begin before telephone gets to the restoration heart (PUT ANOTHER FIVE TO 7 DAYS). Which makes it 35 TO THIRTY 7 DAYS. At this time they let you know your telephone CAn't be fixed and palm you a brand new one

Since all telephones were bought before I'd any issues, I'd no idea how this mickey mouse program worked.

It has not happened only once,
