I requested the publications from Viking (nation dwelling, state homes, Victorian Houses, Daily with Rachel Ray) and that I haven't obtained these publications (aside from Daily with Rachel Ray). I've been spending money on these publications for weeks. I've been getting unknown publications that I've never heard about before.
I called and stated that I had been rescheduling my subscribers to these publications and also the customer support representative. (Jason) screamed at me he would change this to a collections company. He explained that I really could not get free from this for almost any cause.
I finally got a phone from another person at Viking, that has had some learning publicrelations, and he or she explained that she'll look after it and that I will soon be obtaining the publications that I requested. I thanked her and that I place the remainder of the funds on my charge card.
Today, a man from Viking named with an extremely wide Minnesota accent (therefore wide it had been enjoy somebody creating a laugh of the highlight) requested me easily was pleased with my coping with Viking. He also requested me easily might identify off the publications, once more, that I needed. I hung-up on him, since I really could inform it had been a laugh. He called back and questioned what publications I needed. He explained that I really could not hang-up on him
That Is so rediculous. Do not these folks who work with Viking have something more straightforward to do than to create turn telephone calls?
I'd state that this can be a really unprofessional group who work with Viking. I willl NEVER purchase publications from Viking again!
