Don't buy a panasonic tv or any other tv from shop nbc. They selling the units panasonic knows has problemas and is trying to get rid of. They want you to buy extened warranties. But if you have a problem with the tv they just keep refering you to panasonic who also keeps giving you the run around. I bought a pt61lcz70 61' projection tv on 3-1108 for $1599 plus $199 extended service. The '5 year warranty bulb went out in nov.
I did not get another bulb and it was refurbished until feb two weeks later if went out also. If you call shop nbc they say it not our problem call panasonic, but'i bought the tv from shop nbc doesn;t matter call them. You call panasonic they say call a service center, service center says call panasonic. Its just a bunch of rubish to not have to honor a warranty. Don;t buy any electronics from these guys you will be sorry you did ask them abot viscom computers. If i sell something to someone in the retail market i would help them resolve any warrnty problems but this shop nbc wont they just push you off to someone else.
