Defective/wrong merchandise

I requested an excellent Kodak small digital-video camera, memory and situation for my boy for Holiday. They delivered me the incorrect memory (incorrect kind and various manufacturer) so when I delivered it back they acknowledged me the incorrect (not as) quantity. The camera situation was inexpensive, their very own manufacturer, and smashed on day-one. Then following a monthapproximately the camera smashed and they'll not go back because it past thirty days since purchase. I've to cope with Kodak today and attempt to have it changed underneath the guarantee.
