Phone ear plug adapter is inside phone. Because the phone has a small scratch on the face it cant be fixed or replaced because there is physical damage. But the will bwe locked and dials numbers. Not sure if the piece inside phone is touching aginst something. But it sucks I have to buy a new phone. If thats the case why not transfer number with someone that thinks my dollar and business is just as important as there dollar. For a phone replacement you rather loose a customer.
