This complaint may seem trivial to others, but if you buy anything from Best Buy online, and if you give them your email address, be prepared for constant bombarding of their junk mailings. It does not matter that you did not subscribe top it, it does not matter that you clicked the unsubscribe link in the email 30 times, it does not matter that you contacted the customer services 5 times and 5 times that told you that you have been personally removed from their mailing database, and it does not matter if you finally reach this special guy in Best Buy that tells you that this time you are out, as he took you out of the database differently than the other 5 agents. You will still received their junk email. If you are fine with that, then go ahead. If you are not, do not give them your real email address but a temporary one from e.G..
There is no way to stop these guys. I will never buy from Best Buy because it takes me more resources to fight this than the value I ever received from Best Buy.
SHAME on you Best Buy, for abusing the Internet mailing system, and making the internet a worse place.
