Refuses to cancel services I didn't order and haven't used

T-Mobile has operated very unethically. I received free data service for 2 free kid's phones for 30 days. Called to cancel data services before the 30 days was over. Told they were cancelled. Called the next month when charged and told was cancelled and credited in November. However I am still being charged an extra $20 a month in February. Called, and they say they have no record of me calling. Told them to check the data usage of the children's phones and they would see they were forbidden to use data services.

Customer rep says they have a copy of every phone call I made to them and everything that was discussed, and that I never cancelled the data services, and my current phone call wouldn't cancel the services either. Will not refund the money charged, refuses to give free service for the services not used, and won't cancel the services now. They know I have cancelled this service. They said I made a call to them on September 21 "and made no changes." We have been a customer since before this company was even T-Mobile. They are acting unethically and I hope illegally.
