Cricket wireless has different plans for data usage, if you run out of data you are offered an option to buy more data and this this where the scam is. I used 100% of my data in my previous cycle, when my bill was paid yesterday my services were supposed to be refreshed, I checked my acct online this morning and it had showed I used 10% of my data when I hadn't even used my phone yet. I called their customer service to inquire about this, I didn't tell her about the 10% usage yet I only asked her to check my acct, she told me my bill was paid and my services were in fact refreshed. I then told her I checked my acct this morning and told her it showed I had used 10% of my data when I haven't used my phone yet, she then back peddled and said my acct was not refreshed yet, which is a lie because in the previous cycle I used 100% of my data and now it shows I used 10% of it? She had no answer except that my services would be refreshed sometime today and to call back tomorrow if this is still an issue. There is obviously a scam going on here as she couldn't explain why it showed I used 10% of my data they are trying to get us to buy more data by taking our data away with false usage, I am reporting them o the B.B.B. And I hope that anybody else having this problem joins me, I am sure a lot of people don't even check their data usage the day their cycle.
