After using the Magic Jack for about 3 months it suddenly stopped working! After spending 2 hours on the phone with 4 different people, I was told that they were turning it over to their engineering people and I would hear from them and have it fixed in 24-72 hours. Hour 96 comes, still haven't heard from ANYONE and the Magic Jack still doesn't work, I again contact them and after the 2nd person am told they need remote access to my computer to fix it. Grant a company like this free access??? I think NOT! Never once did I feel that they were concerned or cared about this problem! No more magic jack!!
