I had a bulb go out last week and purchased a replacement bulb from ProjectorQuest.com. I paid an additional $52.00 because I called there sales staff and they told me that they Guaranteed that it would go out the next day. I still do not have it 9 days later. I called and spoke with their customer service and they tried to blame it on UPS at first. I pointed out that the Packing Slip was dated 4 days later. They finally admitted that they made a mistake. I asked that they refund the difference in price ($52) for their mistake. They offered $10. I felt like they were paying me to go away. This company is about the quick buck. Do not believe what they tell you because they do not have integrity. This is the first time I have ever posted a complaint about a website/retailer, but they did not want to resolve the issue in a win/win way. Do not buy from them. You will regret it.
