Samsung has been way too many items to way too many people. I'd an excellent dvd-player but was made ineffective following the automated firmware update. Which was per week before Christmas. The BDP-3600 was an odd-shaped participant in a higher gloss black finish. No grievances and liked the very fact I really could shout Netflix thru it. SUBSEQUENTLY firmware update they understood was damaged was sent and closed up the ball player. It was the 4th item from Samsung which was significantly less than three years old that must be set. The HD pc screens (I had been considering simply employed them to significantly) a 42" lcd, power went after which it'd not identify the HDMI inputs. Today, the blu ray that was hardly annually old and lifeless. And so I deliver it in (DVD the remainder I threw) and inside a week the deliver me a scuffed up refurb that didn't function. Delivered it back and also have been obtaining the work-a-round since. They inform me they could not repair it but have to know what I'd like. I'd like a blu ray person that works and never a refurb! They don't contact you back, provide you with phony extensions and truly simply understaffed. I'd recommend not purchasing a SamDung item if you don't the same as spending money every 24 months for that same task. Over $3000.00 shot in on year on the bad items. Unhappy!!!
