I bought a lcd samsung tv significantly less than this past year. The audio broke down 3 months before. Called samsung, they sent a fix guy to repair it, he got it away to some store in Penrith. I've 4 kids with no tv for that previous 3 months, headache. I had been advised I'd need to delay another 10 times for information. I'll never trust samsung again.
