On October 19 I paid $537.99 for a Dyson Vacuum Cleaner and accessories. They charged my credit card immediately.
In December, I still hadn't gotten the merchandise, so I sent them an e-mail and asked them to contact me so that we could get this matter resolved. If they weren't going to send me the merchandise, then I wanted a refund.
I never got a call, but I got an email saying that my order was being processed!
Well, it is now 5 months after I placed the order and STILL NO MERCHANDISE AND NO REFUND!
I sent emails today and tried to call. All with NO RESPONSE!
It appears that they have gone out of business! SURPRISE, SURPRISE!!!
I want my money back or I want a refund! One or the other.
