Peak Credit Sevrices Inc Claims I owe for a cell phone bill I never had! Thank God for the Federal Code 47 U.S.C. Section 415

Long story short, They claim i owe them, for which i dont. And if I did well thank God for Federal Code / US Code "federal law"47 U.S.C. Section 415.

Now for the person in question who is the asshole, beyond scumbag is "personal info" from the NETSTEPHEN A. CERRONE

Now keep in mind that they are tied up in all kinds of civil stuff, in other words based on the info from pinellas county clerk these people are being sued, evicted, foreclosed on. Its amazing how they "collect" but cant seem to pay there "bills" too huh? Maybe they should start a "church" no taxes, free income from followers, thats the business we should be in!
